Cancellation & No Show Policy

Please note, when you book an appointment with us you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you!

Please be courteous to our time as we are to yours.


We understand that things happen, but please cancel or reschedule no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time. 

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to 50% of the total service cost.

If your cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

If you do not show up to your appointment without contact with us, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee in which you were booked for.


We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a "no show" fee if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without contact with your service provider.


No shows and last minute cancellations are very costly to us, please understand that a credit card will be needed to hold any appointment booked online or over the phone. There are no exceptions.
